At VacuumCleanerMarket, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new vacuum or accessory doesn't meet your needs, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request a Return Authorization

  Log into your account or contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Vacuum Securely

  Place the vacuum cleaner and all original accessories, manuals, and filters back into the original manufacturer's packaging to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
